A NOTE REGARDING RETURNS & REFUNDS FROM DEC 20TH - JAN 6TH
Due to office and warehouse holiday closures, return processing and customer service communication may be slower than normal. Please be patient with us, we will get to you as quickly as possible!
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. You can start your return here.
Clothing:?must be returned unworn and with the original tags on the garment.
Shoes:?must be returned unworn and in the original shoebox.
Handbags & Luggage: must be returned unused, and in prime condition with tags attached.
Swimwear: must be returned in original condition with tags attached and must also have the sanitary liner.
Fragrance & Cosmetics: may be returned only if unopened and in its original condition, including original packaging.
Final Sale Items: We do not offer refunds or returns for final sale items. No exceptions. Additional discounts can't be used on final sale items.?
Damaged Items:?Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to inspection. If product was damaged before arriving to you, you will receive a new product in it's place. If deemed to have been worn or damaged by the customer, we will not replace the product or refund your order.?
Return Labels:?We provide these labels to you via email or browser download if your product is eligible. You can start your return?here. We deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund unless the product was damaged before arriving to you. Once you have created a return label, you must mail that package within 14 days.?
Retail Purchases: We do not accept returns on any items purchased at a big box retail store. Please contact the customer service of the retailer you purchased your item from.

Please include the original packing slip in the box when you return it.
Your return will be inspected within 1-3 business days of receipt.
If in acceptable condition, a credit will be automatically issued back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from www.cecilegladel.com once the refund has been issued. It can take 5-10 business days from that point for your bank to process the refund back to you.?
If you are returning an item purchased with a digital gift card, the original gift card will be credited the amount of the return.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your eligible refund amount. To receive?your refund, your order must be?returned within 14 days of receipt.?
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank.?It is typical for the refund to take 5-10 days to be refunded by your bank.?
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We do not do exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Unfortunately we do not provide cancellations. If you’ve accidentally selected the wrong size or item, drop us a line firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do our best to help you out.
RETURNING A GIFT
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from www.cecilegladel.com, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return via email. The gift card remains active for 12 months from date of issue.
